Being Healthy

There are many simple ways that we can keep ourselves in good health. To be in good health is to be healthy. People who are healthy have energy and stamina. They rarely get sick. They are full of life, living a healthy lifestyle.Remember those food groups? Try to get your recommenced daily allowances each day. Our bodies need these foods for a reason. Each food group nourishes our body in a different way. When our body is fully nourished we feel good. People concentrate and learn much better when they eat a well balanced diet. Memory even functions better. Remember to eat right! Our bodies need more than food to stay healthy. We also need fluids. Think hydration. When our bodies get dehydrate we begin to experience physical symptoms. Severe dehydration can be fatal. Mild dehydration can cause mood swings and irritability, not to mention a thirsty feeling. Did you know that by the time you feel thirsty you are already low on fluids? Thirst is our bodies way of telling us that it needs more fluids. Adults need to drink at least eight 8 ounce glasses of fluid per day. Remember, soda doesn’t count as a fluid because brinks containing caffeine can actually dehydrate us! Take a multivitamin. Why? Because. Our bodies need both vitamins and minerals to maintain good health. Very few people get the daily recommendations for vitamins and minerals by eating alone. A multivitamin contains these essential vitamins and minerals that we don’t get from the foods we eat.Stay active. Exercise. Sitting around all day is not going to keep anyone healthy. Getting out in the fresh air will. Soaking up the sun while going for a walk will keep you healthy too. Our muscles need to be used in order to stay healthy. When people are not active enough they will begin to notice symptoms such as weakness, and aches and pains.Stayi healthy is a necessary goal that we should try to accomplish you body is your temple and we must treat it with the upmost RESPECT!!!

Being Sexy Prego

Now that you are pregnant, you are probably ecstatically happy that you will soon be welcoming a new addition into your family. But you might also be feeling a little nervous, and maybe even a bit sad, about all the changes your body is going through. Pregnancy can bring on a number of physical changes. From an expanding belly, to bigger breasts, it can sometimes be difficult to accept these rapid changes to your appearance. And your mood and pregnancy symptoms might make these changes even harder to deal with. So, if you are feeling a little negative about your pregnancy body image, here are some ways to get you feeling sexy during pregnancy!
Maintaining a positive body image is tough for most women these days, and being pregnant can make your body image even harder to deal with. Now that you are pregnant, you may be feeling very insecure about the ways in which your body is changing. You may not be welcoming those added curves, extra pounds, or that round pregnancy belly, and being "sexy" may feel like an unreachable goal. Constantly seeing all those perfectly-pregnant Hollywood stars can make matters even worse! But it is important to remember that pregnancy is a very difficult time for many women.Feeling unattractive, awkward, and even ugly is something that plagues most pregnant women at some point. However, these feelings often don’t reflect the physical truth – instead they are a result of the rapid emotional and physical adjustments that women are required to make during pregnancy. So if your body image is suffering a little during your pregnancy you are not alone. It is important to try to boost your self image, so that you can feel sexy once again and regain that confidence that you had during your pre-pregnancy days!

Me..Lovin...Who?...Me!!!

Struggling with my weight I have come to terms with dieting and excercising...I love myself to death as you can see!!! Pretty as can be, with a little weight...Love yourself no matter what size you are.....

Self Image

Self image is a picture of what you think you are, not who you really are. The key for developing a positive self image is to find out who you really are.
Everything you do in your life is influenced by your self image. Developing a positive self image will change you life for good.Remember that your self image comes from your childhood and your parents, friends, family, authority figures and the environment. If you receive messages like you are too fat, you are stupid, and so forth you had incorporated those ideas and have not even question them. For developing a positive self image you must start questioning those ideas. The more you concentrate on feeling good inside and building your own self-image, the easier it will be for you to accept other people and succeed massively in your life.Developing a positive self image is an inside job. It requires acceptance, forgiveness and willingness to let go of your past and recognize your strengths and inner beauty. The more you focus on feeling good inside and developing a positive self image, the easier will be for you to start seen yourself with a different perspective.

Women are usually the care takers of their husband, children, parents, in-laws and other members of the family. Working women have their bosses who want them to full various job requirements. In all this mayhem, women forget to take care of themselves which results in not looking good, stressed lives and poor health. Women should be aware about their health needs and be proactive in taking care of themselves. Women need to make decisions which can help her maintain the quality of life as well as good health. The best way to feel good about yourself would be your appearance. So ladies treat yourself to a well deserved makeover..Go shopping and find all the right clothes accessories, handbags, and shoes that just screams perfection for you!!!!

Your Body Is Your Temple Cherish It!!!

When we compare ourselves to others we always lose. The realities of our looks and theirs don't even matter. When we look at others, we see how perfect they are. When we look at ourselves, we see how imperfect we are. We feel we can never measure up, no matter what. Society makes matters worse by worshipping an elusive fantasy body that only a few women on earth could ever naturally attain. By avoiding comparisons to others, we save ourselves lots of grief and can work toward making the body God gave us the best it can be.Focus on Your Accomplishments, instead of nit-picking your body, try focusing on your positive traits. Are you loving, kind, and considerate? Do you visit your grandmother regularly? Do you get good grades? Are you a wonderful mother and/or spouse? Are you known for the fun parties you throw? Can you draw? We all have talents and attributes that make us wonderful human beings. So what if your thighs aren't pencil thin. You make a difference in the world, and that's what really matters!Learn to Take a Compliment. Many of us dream of the perfect look. We want to be beautiful, to have others stop and notice us. Yet, when someone gives us a compliment such as, "You look great in that dress," we say something like, "This old thing!" The very thing we are looking for -- recognition -- we brush off. Practice saying "thank you" when someone gives you a compliment. Don't over analyze it, or judge the giver, or make light of it; instead let it soak in and allow yourself to feel really good.Along with self-talk, giving yourself positive affirmations is a powerful way to change the way you feel about your body. Find a part of your body that you like and accept, even if it's your eyes, hair or smile. Write an affirmation about it. For instance, "I love the way my hair shines," or "I love the way my eyes sparkle." Look at yourself in the mirror every morning and repeat your affirmations to yourself. Say them with enthusiasm. Believe it! Even if you have to "fake it till you make it." After a few weeks of doing this, you will come to believe and know that what you are saying is true. Then move on to another body part. Even though giving yourself compliments may become progressively more difficult, continue through until you LOVE YOUR BODY!

Sexy With Age

Time to turn back the clock to beauty and wellness..this is your life, make it top priority..if you look good ..you'll feel good ...your smile & your skin will glow ...and your pride will show! No matter what age you are..we all want to have fun and feel good...start now!!! Be a SEXY DIVA .. .Often a trendsetter, never a fad follower,My mother has a distinctive sense of style that has only gotten sexier with age. "I'm taken back by how beautiful she is at her age of 42". She has achieved it with a no-muss, no-fuss regimen that includes doing her own hair and makeup for all of the events that she attends, getting eight hours of sleep a night and occasionally dieting and eating good. Often mistaken for a teenager my mom has been an impeccable mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend.....And Staying Sexy has been a goal well achieved for her!!!!a sexy woman is not a bad person even mothers or religious/devout women can be sexy too, there is nothing wrong with being sexy.
You don't have to be sexy for a man,you can be one just for your own happiness. You can also be one even when you are alone and no one is looking at you,it is not something that you do to please others; you can do it for yourself - this is a lifestyle. You do not have to dress provocatively or expose skin that makes you uncomfortable. Being Sexy is something that is a learned behavior not an act of nature so if your sexy and you know it, then ladies show it.....

“I am the one I have been looking for "

We spend so much of our time waiting to be loved, hoping love will find us, searching, yearning for that special love. Feeling empty and lost without it. Wanting someone to give us love and fill us up. Unfortunately, that’s not usually how life works. You will draw to you exactly what you create in life, and what you believe you are worthy of. So loving yourself can create love in your life.Be honest with yourself about how valuable you believe you are as a person. The way you see yourself and treat yourself is the very way others will see you and treat you. Do you see yourself as valuable, worthy of the gift of love? Do you treat yourself lovingly and as a valuable being? And most importantly, do you treat OTHERS with love? That's the first step to feeling better about yourself. It’s OK to be truthful with yourself, though it may not be pretty! Awareness is the first and more powerful step on the path to change Begin loving and valuing yourself. It is said that you cannot give away what you do not have. So, if you are not able to love and accept yourself unconditionally, how in the world are you going to love and accept anyone else unconditionally? Much less accept that love in return from them?Make the choice to love yourself. After all, who deserves it more? The more loving you are to yourself, the more loving you will be able to be to everyone around you. Family and friends will especially benefit from this. Make a choice to come from a place of love for yourself and for everyone who is important in your life, so ladies/gents Here's something to try saying every day. Place it on your mirror. It always helps: "Look in the mirror and what do I see? A beautiful boy/girl staring back at me!" "Oh wow!" I thought. Who could that be? [smile and say] "Oh! It's most definitely me!"
